Well people its been one hell of a week here in the 'Schweig( kinda sounds like Swag). We have had two really tough home games: Oldenburg and Giessen. Oldenburg beat us in the beginning of the season pretty convincingly, despite the game being semi-close throughout. Giessen was a tough fought game that we pulled out at the end on the road. Now that we had both these teams at home now, we were confident that if we stuck to our game plan these games were winnable. Well before i bore you to death we won both games and ya boy had 12pts and 7rebs in 25 mins against Oldenburg...( yea I know Big Daddy Cain was ballin!) Against Giessen i had 9pts and 2rebsin 13 mins ( I also had 2ast and 2st just in case you were wondering)... Now I know what your probably thinking: Dude are you honestly proud of those stats?! To be quite honest I kinda am, you see, my boy Nicky Schneiders aka the SSMMEEAARR was ballin! Overall as a team we were clicking on all cylinders and overall we beat them pretty good. I would be pissed about those stats if we lost and if i felt like I could have helped if i was in the game. But we won and it was not close and when a friend of yours is playing well, you kinda just got to put your pride aside and just let the guy have his moment...everyday isn't going to be your day...blah blah blah. I kinda talked about this more than I liked to....the point is we won both games. Someone has also brought it to my attention that we have 10 out of our last 12 games. I guess its true time flies when your winning. Hopefully, these last three months will fly by too because without Christmas break its brutal. Now lets talk about the vacation side of things...So I decided to go down to Koln tosee the Dome( the single best religious based attraction i have ever seen) and some shopping. I was really tired so I decided to stay the night. For dinner, I went to the family restaurant of one of my teammates, Milan. the food was awesome. But the main attraction was going to Amsterdam.... it was insane!! I know what your thinking... but I really didnt lol. Unfortunately, I didnt get my Bob Marley ganja Session the entire time I was there. Whomp Whomp! However, the experience in Amsterdam was crazy....Its like college all over again... People drunk (blasted, smack fried slizzered, whatever you like to call it) or on their way to Cannabis Canal. I bashed two pitchers and i lost count on the drinks. I really cannot remember much after that, which tells me that i must of had one hell of a night. The people in Amsterdam were extremely nice, my hotel was located right in the middle of everything, and EVERYONE SPOKE ENGLISH!! I spent two nights there and against the temptation I decided not to take any pictures while I was there. It probably was a stupid idea but I feel at the moment I had good reasoning. The reason why i chose not to take pictures was, in a weird way, to motivate me to go back at the end of the season. Next visit, I am going to make sure to see all the sights I wanted to see such as: Van Gogh museum, Vodka museum, Sex museum, Red Light District... well hopefully I get to see all these things...seeing as I'll be on a paper plane under the name O.G. (Othello Gene) Kushington singing like Rick James. Well at least my first time should be a memorable one but only time will tell...
Tschüss
